* Explain treatment procedures, expected benefits, and available options.
* Deliver approved therapies according to professional and resort standards.
* Adapt treatments appropriately while remaining within certified competencies.
* Maintain guest comfort, dignity, and privacy throughout each appointment.
* Monitor guest wellbeing and respond appropriately to discomfort or concerns.
* Provide clear aftercare and wellness guidance.
* Recommend suitable spa products for continued home care.
* Maintain thorough knowledge of treatments, products, and spa protocols.
* Prepare treatment rooms before appointments.
* Clean and reset treatment spaces after every service.
* Maintain equipment, linen, products, and supplies in hygienic condition.
* Follow sanitation, health, safety, and infection-control procedures.
* Manage treatment timing without compromising service quality.
* Communicate guest preferences and relevant information discreetly.
* Support colleagues during busy operating periods.
