Accor Dubai is seeking a motivated Spa and Recreation Supervisor to oversee daily recreation and wellness operations, including the gym, spa, and leisure facilities. The role focuses on delivering warm, guest-centered hospitality, managing departmental budgets, and leading a skilled team to provide exceptional service while meeting business and operational goals.

What You’ll Do
• Oversee recreation operations and facilities including spa, gym, and leisure areas.
• Coordinate with finance for spa and gym purchasing in line with hotel procedures.
• Plan gym activities, classes, and member engagement programs.
• Recruit, train, and develop recreation staff in collaboration with HR.
• Manage departmental budgets, payroll, and expenses.
• Monitor competitor activities and work with marketing to meet sales targets.
• Lead daily briefings, monthly meetings, and implement training plans.
• Foster a solution-oriented team environment to achieve service and financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies on Fire, Hygiene, Health, and Safety.
• Actively respond to guest feedback, implement improvements, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and grooming.
• Maintain accurate membership records and prepare timely financial reports.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping to ensure recreation areas and massage rooms remain clean and well-stocked.
Ideal Profile
• Proven experience as a Spa Supervisor or in a similar recreation management role.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and customer service abilities.
• Ability to motivate teams and deliver consistent guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of spa and fitness operations, guest engagement, and wellness trends.
