Fairmont The Palm is seeking a professional and guest-focused Spa Attendant to support daily spa operations and deliver exceptional service at our world-class wellness facility. What You’ll Do
* Welcome guests and assist with spa services, including sauna, steam, and day pass facilities
* Provide detailed information about spa menu, treatments, and special offers
* Promote and assist with retail product sales, maintaining stock and display standards
* Ensure spa facilities remain clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety guidelines
* Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly with professionalism
* Support pre-shift briefings and communicate effectively during handovers
* Monitor equipment functionality and report maintenance needs
* Maintain accurate records and follow departmental policies and safety procedures
* Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling using Book4Time system
* Perform any additional duties assigned by the Supervisor to support spa operations
Ideal Profile
* Previous experience in a luxury spa or 5-star hospitality environment
* Minimum of 1 year in a similar role; strong knowledge of spa operations
* Proficiency in Book4Time software is mandatory
* Strong administrative skills, including Excel proficiency
* CPR and First Aid certification preferred
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
* Strong attention to guest needs and commitment to service excellence
