Key Responsibilities
* Welcome spa guests professionally and assist them with check-in, service guidance, appointments, and general inquiries.
* Promote spa treatments, wellness services, retail products, and available packages in a helpful and guest-focused manner.
* Schedule reservations, confirm appointments, update booking details, and manage changes through spa reservation software.
* Process payments, handle transactions accurately, and ensure billing steps feel smooth and service-oriented.
* Provide clear information about spa services, treatment timings, facilities, policies, and guest preparation requirements.
* Maintain a clean, calm, organized, and professional spa reception and guest service area.
* Coordinate with therapists, spa team members, and hotel colleagues to support timely guest service flow.
* Follow hotel standards for safety, hygiene, grooming, privacy, communication, and quality service.
* Perform active duties such as standing, walking, bending, reaching, carrying light items, and supporting daily spa operations as needed.
Ideal Profile
* Open to candidates of Indonesian or Thai nationality.
* High school diploma, G.E.D. equivalent, or similar basic education is preferred.
* No prior related work experience is required, but hotel, spa, salon, wellness, reception, or guest service exposure is helpful.
* Comfortable using reservation software, reading booking details, verifying guest information, and handling payments.
* Professional appearance, polite communication, and a calm service style suitable for a luxury spa environment.
* Able to stay active during the shift, move around the spa area, and support guest-facing tasks with care and attention.
* Reliable team player who can follow hotel procedures, protect guest privacy, and maintain service quality.
