Key Responsibilities
* Welcome guests to the spa and assist with check-in, appointment details, service information, and general guest inquiries.
* Schedule reservations, confirm appointments, update booking records, and manage changes through spa reservation software.
* Promote spa treatments, wellness services, retail products, and available packages in a helpful and professional manner.
* Answer guest questions about service options, treatment timings, facilities, retail items, and preparation requirements.
* Process payments accurately and support a smooth transaction experience at the spa reception area.
* Keep the spa reception, guest waiting area, and service desk clean, calm, organized, and ready for daily operations.
* Coordinate with therapists, spa colleagues, and hotel teams to support timely appointments and consistent guest service.
* Follow hotel standards for safety, hygiene, grooming, guest privacy, professional communication, and service quality.
* Support daily spa operations through active duties such as standing, walking, bending, reaching, carrying light items, and assisting where needed.
Ideal Profile
* Open for candidates of Indonesian or Thai nationality.
* High school diploma, G.E.D. equivalent, or similar education is preferred.
* No related work experience is required, but exposure to spa, salon, hotel, wellness, reception, or customer service work is an advantage.
* Comfortable using reservation systems, checking booking details, verifying guest information, and handling payment processes.
* Professional appearance, polite communication, and calm service style suitable for a luxury spa environment.
* Able to remain active during the shift and support guest-facing duties with attention to detail.
* Reliable, service-minded, and able to follow hotel procedures while protecting guest privacy and maintaining quality standards.
