Key Responsibilities
* Welcome spa guests and support check-in, service guidance, appointment details, and general wellness inquiries.
* Schedule spa reservations, confirm bookings, update guest appointment information, and manage changes accurately.
* Promote spa treatments, wellness services, retail products, and available offers with a professional service approach.
* Answer questions about treatments, facilities, timings, guest preparation, retail items, and service availability.
* Process guest payments accurately and support smooth transactions at the spa reception desk.
* Maintain a clean, calm, organized, and guest-ready spa reception and service area.
* Coordinate with therapists, spa colleagues, and hotel teams to support timely service flow and guest satisfaction.
* Follow hotel procedures for safety, hygiene, grooming, guest privacy, quality standards, and professional communication.
* Support active spa operations, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, carrying light items, and assisting with daily tasks when required.
Ideal Profile
* Open for candidates of Indonesian or Thai nationality.
* High school diploma, G.E.D. equivalent, or similar education is preferred.
* No related work experience is required, making this suitable for candidates starting in spa and hotel guest services.
* Comfortable using reservation software, checking appointment details, verifying guest information, and handling payments.
* Polite, well-groomed, calm, and professional in a luxury spa and resort environment.
* Able to communicate clearly with guests, therapists, supervisors, and hotel departments.
* Reliable, service-minded, and able to follow company procedures while protecting guest privacy.
