Key Responsibilities
* Welcome spa guests and assist with check-in, service information, treatment guidance, and appointment support.
* Schedule spa reservations, confirm bookings, update appointment details, and manage changes through reservation software.
* Promote spa treatments, wellness services, retail items, and available packages in a helpful and professional manner.
* Answer guest questions about spa facilities, service timings, treatment options, retail products, and preparation requirements.
* Process payments accurately and make guest transactions clear, smooth, and service-focused.
* Maintain a clean, calm, and well-organized spa reception area throughout daily operations.
* Coordinate with spa therapists, reception colleagues, and hotel teams to support timely service flow.
* Follow hotel standards for safety, hygiene, grooming, guest privacy, professional conduct, and quality service.
* Support active spa operations, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, carrying light items, and assisting with daily guest service needs.
Ideal Profile
* Open for candidates of Indonesian or Thai nationality.
* High school diploma, G.E.D. equivalent, or similar basic education is preferred.
* No related work experience is required, but exposure to spa, salon, hotel, wellness, reception, or guest service work is helpful.
* Comfortable using reservation systems, checking appointment details, verifying information, and handling payments.
* Professional appearance, polite communication, and a calm service approach suited to a luxury spa environment.
* Able to work on active shifts and support guest service tasks with attention to detail.
* Reliable team member who can follow hotel procedures, protect guest privacy, and maintain consistent service quality.
