Key Responsibilities
* Welcome spa guests, support check-in procedures, and provide clear information about treatments, timings, facilities, and service options.
* Manage spa reservations, confirm appointments, update booking details, and coordinate changes through reservation systems.
* Promote spa services, wellness treatments, retail products, and available packages in a natural and service-focused manner.
* Process payments accurately and ensure guest transactions are completed with professionalism and care.
* Respond to guest questions about spa services, schedules, products, preparation requirements, and general wellness facilities.
* Maintain a clean, organized, calm, and welcoming spa reception area throughout the shift.
* Coordinate with spa therapists, reception colleagues, and hotel teams to support smooth guest flow and timely service delivery.
* Follow hotel procedures for safety, hygiene, grooming, guest privacy, quality standards, and professional communication.
* Carry out active duties such as standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting light items, and supporting daily spa operations when required.
Ideal Profile
* Open for candidates of Indonesian or Thai nationality.
* High school diploma, G.E.D. equivalent, or similar education is preferred.
* No related work experience is required, making this suitable for candidates ready to start a spa and guest services career.
* Comfortable working with booking systems, appointment details, guest information, and payment processes.
* Polite, well-groomed, calm, and professional in a luxury hotel spa environment.
* Able to communicate clearly with guests, therapists, and team members during busy service periods.
* Physically able to remain active during the shift and assist with light spa reception and service support tasks.
