Position Overview
Jumeirah Beach Hotel, one of Dubai’s most iconic family-friendly destinations, is seeking a Spa Supervisor to join its wellness team. This role focuses on ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing spa operations, and supporting the fitness and wellness team to deliver world-class service.

Job Type: Full-time
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality or related field
Experience: 3–5 years in luxury hospitality or customer service within a spa or wellness setting
What You’ll Do
* Assist the Spa Manager in handling payroll duties accurately and on schedule
* Train and develop Spa and Fitness teams, coordinating with vendors for product and sales training
* Monitor guest satisfaction scores (Medallia, LQA, TripAdvisor) and implement improvement plans
* Supervise Spa GSEs, attendants, and fitness team members, ensuring performance standards are met
* Conduct monthly KPI-based performance reviews for team members and provide actionable feedback
* Maintain pristine guest areas, manage inventory levels, and ensure compliance with LQA and Jumeirah standards
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field
* 3–5 years of experience in a luxury spa or wellness environment
* Strong leadership and project management skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Intermediate level)
* Excellent communication and team management abilities
