Key Responsibilities

* Deliver the full range of spa treatments in line with brand standards and service protocols
* Ensure compliance with municipality regulations and spa operating procedures
* Actively promote and retail spa products by offering suitable homecare solutions to guests
* Achieve individual and departmental retail targets
* Prepare treatment rooms according to set-up standards before guest arrival
* Manage treatment timing to ensure sessions start and finish as scheduled
* Use non-booked time to promote spa services within hotel facilities or at organized offsite events
* Maintain accurate stock levels in treatment rooms and ensure products are replenished
* Control product usage to support GOP targets and minimize waste
* Support spa attendants in maintaining cleanliness across all spa areas
* Take ownership of cleaning and maintaining assigned treatment rooms
* Deliver consistent, high-quality guest experiences by following SOPs
* Uphold product brand standards and consistently reflect the brand promise
