Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a wide range of therapeutic treatments in line with spa protocols and certification standards
* Assess treatment rooms before each session to ensure setup and ambiance meet luxury spa standards
* Maintain a hygienic, clean, and calm environment in all spa areas, complying with safety and regulatory requirements
* Personalize treatments based on guest profiles, wellness history, allergies, and preferences
* Ensure seamless service by preparing treatment areas, managing documentation, and adhering to service sequences
* Support the spa’s reputation for excellence through professionalism, discretion, and a wellness-first mindset
Required Qualifications and Skills
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a spa therapist role, ideally within an international five-star or luxury hospitality brand
* Professional therapy certification in massage, wellness, or beauty treatments
* Solid knowledge of holistic and modern spa treatments with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
* Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
