Position Overview
As a Spa Therapist at Jumeirah Burj Al Arab, you will be responsible for delivering a range of professional wellness therapies while maintaining high service standards and guest satisfaction. Your role will include personalized consultations, treatment delivery, and ensuring spa hygiene and ambiance align with luxury standards.
What You’ll Do
* Deliver a full range of spa treatments to luxury standards, ensuring personalized and professional service for every guest
* Consult with clients about their health history, allergies, and preferences to tailor treatments effectively
* Prepare treatment rooms to spa protocol standards, checking cleanliness, equipment, and ambiance before every service
* Maintain spa cleanliness and adhere to local hygiene regulations and brand protocols
* Share detailed product knowledge and suggest wellness regimens that align with guest needs
* Actively participate in maintaining a safe and peaceful spa environment, supporting guest wellness and relaxation
Ideal Profile
* At least 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a 5-star hotel or luxury wellness center
* Recognized professional qualification in health or beauty therapy
* Knowledge of spa hygiene standards and treatment protocols
* Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
* Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office
* Warm, professional demeanor with a focus on wellness and guest care
