As Spa Therapist at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab, you will be part of a wellness team dedicated to creating immersive, rejuvenating guest experiences. Your role involves providing professional treatments, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and hygiene, and offering product and wellness recommendations to enhance each guest\'s visit.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver personalized spa treatments including massages, facials, and body therapies aligned with wellness protocols
* Prepare and inspect treatment rooms prior to and after sessions to ensure readiness and hygiene
* Maintain accurate guest consultation records and follow all standard operating procedures
* Recommend aftercare and wellness programs tailored to guest needs and preferences
* Support spa cleanliness, safety, and luxury ambiance in compliance with UAE health standards
* Stay informed on spa trends, product knowledge, and service updates to enrich guest experience
* Represent the Jumeirah brand by delivering exceptional service with cultural sensitivity and professionalism
Job Requirements
* Minimum 2 years of experience in spa or wellness therapy, ideally in a 5-star hotel or luxury spa
* Valid professional certification in massage therapy or health and beauty treatments
* Deep knowledge of spa treatment techniques, anatomy, and wellness protocols
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong customer focus, attention to detail, and ability to build trust with diverse guests
* Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as part of a team
