What You’ll Do

* Develop and implement activity schedules aligned with resort standards and guest needs.
* Supervise and train staff, providing support to ensure consistent high performance.
* Deliver excellent guest service, handling concerns and feedback promptly.
* Organize and monitor recreational events, ensuring smooth execution and safety compliance.

Conduct safety checks, risk assessments, and enforce health and safety policies.
* Work with marketing to promote activities and maximize guest participation.
Ideal Profile
* 3–5 years of experience in a similar supervisory role in hospitality or leisure.
