Supervisor - Sports and Leisure Dubai
Job Overview
We are hiring a dedicated Supervisor for the Sports and Leisure department at Jumeirah Al Naseem in Dubai. This role is ideal for a UAE National with strong guest-facing skills, administrative attention to detail, and leadership experience in a luxury hospitality setting. As a key part of the recreation team, you will ensure exceptional guest service, safety compliance, and smooth daily operations of our world-class leisure facilities.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise sports and leisure staff, ensuring duties and cleanliness standards are maintained
* Oversee lifeguard schedules, training, and coverage across the facilities
* Monitor guest satisfaction, address complaints, and maintain high service standards
* Complete administrative reports, safety inspections, and incident documentation
* Lead team performance evaluations, development plans, and hiring efforts
* Respond to emergencies and maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations
Job Requirements
* UAE National with a valid Family Book (mandatory)
* At least 2 years of experience in a similar recreation or leisure role in a luxury hotel
* Strong English communication skills; Arabic is a plus
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Diploma in Hotel Operations or Hotel Management preferred
* Ability to manage teams, handle pressure, and ensure top-tier guest experiences
