Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management

Position Overview
Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab is looking for an experienced and service-driven Team Leader to join its Butler team. This role requires leading a team that delivers highly personalized and discreet service to VIP and suite guests, ensuring every aspect of their stay exceeds expectations.
What You’ll Do
* Supervise daily butler operations, ensuring efficient and exceptional guest service.
* Personally welcome VIP guests, maintain visibility, and handle complex guest requests.
* Anticipate and address guest needs, coordinating across departments for smooth service delivery.
* Provide detailed information on hotel services, dining options, and events, promoting upselling opportunities.
* Maintain strict guest privacy and confidentiality while ensuring seamless, high-touch experiences.
* Lead and mentor a multicultural team, fostering an environment of integrity, excellence, and collaboration.
Ideal Profile
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar leadership role within a luxury 5-star property; F&B experience is an advantage.
* Proficiency in English; additional languages such as Russian or European languages are preferred.
* Strong knowledge of Opera PMS (Cloud), HotSoS, Sevenrooms, and Microsoft Office.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and guest engagement skills with a proven ability to manage diverse teams.
