Team Leader - Concierge - Al Qasr

We are looking for a dedicated and guest-focused **Team Leader - Concierge** to join the Front Office team at **Jumeirah Al Qasr**, part of the renowned Madinat Jumeirah resort in Dubai, UAE. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of concierge services, enhancing the guest journey, and creating unforgettable luxury experiences.

Job Overview
As Team Leader - Concierge, you will supervise daily concierge operations, lead a multicultural team, and collaborate closely with Front Office, Transport, and Guest Relations departments to deliver personalized and seamless guest experiences. Your knowledge of local attractions, event coordination, and commitment to guest satisfaction will contribute to the exceptional service standards Jumeirah is known for.

Key Responsibilities

* Oversee concierge desk operations, ensuring all guest requests are handled promptly and professionally
* Conduct daily shift briefings to inform team of arrivals, VIPs, special requests, and events
* Support and train concierge staff, enhancing team engagement and performance
* Liaise with external service providers for bookings, transport, tours, and other guest needs
* Resolve guest complaints effectively and escalate complex issues when required
* Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, requests, and feedback
* Ensure team compliance with Jumeirah service standards and safety protocols

Governance & Standards

* Uphold the values of integrity, discretion, and respect in all guest interactions
* Maintain up-to-date property knowledge and local event awareness to provide accurate recommendations
* Ensure data is managed in line with Jumeirah Group’s guest privacy policies

Job Requirements

* 1–2 years of experience in a similar concierge or guest service role at a luxury 5-star hotel
* Experience in Dubai or the UAE preferred but not mandatory
* Proficient in English; knowledge of Russian, German, or other European languages is an advantage
* Familiarity with Opera PMS (Cloud), HotSoS, Sevenrooms, and Microsoft Office tools
* Strong problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills
* Comfortable working in a high-paced, multicultural environment
