Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab Residences is seeking a Concierge Team Leader to oversee day-to-day operations, guide a multicultural team, and ensure guests and residents receive exceptional, discreet, and professional service. This role focuses on team leadership, guest satisfaction, and upholding Jumeirah’s standards of luxury hospitality.

* Motivate and coach team members to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
* Develop and implement timelines for achieving performance targets.
* Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining accountability.
* Lead by example, demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and compassion.
* Welcome and assist guests and residents with discretion and courtesy.
Ideal Profile
* Up to 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within an international luxury hospitality company.
* Proven ability to work effectively with multicultural teams.
* Strong interpersonal skills and cultural awareness.
* Commitment to delivering exceptional guest and resident experiences.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
