Job Overview
As Team Leader in the Concierge department, you will be responsible for supervising the concierge team, ensuring guests are welcomed with seamless efficiency and genuine warmth. You will play a key part in delivering Jumeirah’s luxury lifestyle promise and enhancing guest satisfaction from pre-arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage daily concierge operations to ensure smooth guest handling and prompt service delivery
* Assign responsibilities and provide real-time coaching and support to concierge staff
* Maintain high visibility at the entrance/lobby to anticipate and respond to guest needs
* Coordinate transportation, restaurant reservations, cultural tours, and special requests
* Ensure luxury standards, grooming, guest protocol, and confidentiality are maintained at all times
* Act as the go-to liaison for VIP guest services, working closely with Guest Relations and Front Office
* Foster a positive and high-performing team culture based on integrity, empathy, and professionalism
Job Requirements
* 2 years of experience in a concierge or front office supervisory role within a five-star international hotel or lifestyle resort
* Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
* Working knowledge of Dubai’s attractions, restaurants, transportation, and event scene
* Calm under pressure and capable of handling demanding VIP guests
* Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a plus
* Professional appearance and commitment to luxury service excellence
