Salary: 8000-10000 monthly (Market estimated)
Job Type: Full-time
Minimum Education: High School/Diploma or equivalent
Experience Level: Up to 2 years of experience in a hospitality environment, preferably international
What You’ll Do
* Manage daily operations of the concierge team, ensuring smooth workflow
* Motivate and guide team members to achieve department goals
* Develop and implement timelines to meet performance targets
* Delegate tasks and monitor progress efficiently
* Lead by example, demonstrating integrity, empathy, and professionalism
* Ensure guests and visitors receive personalized, discreet, and professional service
* Uphold luxury hospitality standards and compliance across all touchpoints
Ideal Profile
* Up to 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hospitality
* Exposure to international hospitality operations and multicultural environments
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Ability to manage diverse teams and deliver outstanding guest services
* Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
