As Team Leader – SAL Pool Service, you will be responsible for supervising daily service operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and maintaining the high standards associated with the Jumeirah brand. This is an opportunity to contribute to one of Dubai’s most iconic lifestyle destinations.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee poolside F and B operations, ensuring timely and exceptional service delivery
* Lead daily pre-shift briefings and communicate goals, updates, and service expectations
* Delegate tasks, monitor team performance, and motivate staff to achieve excellence
* Respond to guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
* Conduct service quality audits and maintain accurate operational reports and records
* Promote poolside dining themes, beverage pairings, and seasonal offerings to enhance guest satisfaction
Job Requirements
* 1-2 years of experience in a similar supervisory F and B role in a 5-star hotel or upscale restaurant
* Fluency in English; knowledge of Russian or European languages is a strong advantage
* Proficient with Opera Cloud, Micros POS, Microsoft Office, and SevenRooms
* Demonstrated ability to lead a diverse team and handle guest complaints effectively
* Service-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail and presentation
