* Manage service timelines, delegate tasks effectively, and uphold luxury hospitality standards
* Respond to guest needs with discretion, warmth, and confidence in a fine dining environment
* Act as a brand ambassador for Burj Al Arab and Jumeirah, reflecting the values of compassion, honesty, and integrity
* Handle team communications and ensure service quality is aligned with company values
Required Qualifications and Skills
* Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar team leader or supervisory role, preferably within a luxury hotel or international hospitality brand
* Strong understanding of cultural diversity and ability to lead multicultural teams
* Familiarity with luxury fine dining protocols and guest etiquette
* Basic computer knowledge and ability to manage telephone guest inquiries
* Proficient in English with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
