Jumeirah Mina Al Salam, part of the Madinat Jumeirah resort in Dubai, is seeking a Housekeeping Team Leader to supervise daily operations, manage staff, and ensure high service standards. The role requires leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to maintain luxury hospitality standards for both guests and colleagues.

What You’ll Do
* Supervise housekeeping operations and lead team members with professionalism and integrity.
* Create duty rosters, delegate tasks, and brief staff across departments.
* Ensure guests, clients, and colleagues are welcomed and assisted discreetly and courteously.
* Manage inventories, stock control, vendor directories, and contract agreements.
* Prepare reports, maintain filing systems, and
oversee departmental documentation.
* Motivate, guide, and mentor team members to achieve performance and service goals.
Ideal Profile
* 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international hospitality company.
* Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong leadership and team management skills with cultural awareness and respect.
* Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
* Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and maintain service excellence.
