Job Overview
As Team Leader – Kids Club, you will supervise the daily operations of the children’s recreational facility, ensuring the highest safety, entertainment, and hospitality standards. You’ll lead the team in delivering creative, fun, and age-appropriate activities while upholding all health, safety, and cleanliness protocols.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily Kids Club activities, ensuring a dynamic, safe, and welcoming environment
* Manage team schedules, task delegation, and training in SOPs and child care practices
* Greet families and handle registration, child check-in/out, and parent communication
* Support themed programs, special events, and private babysitting coordination
* Maintain cleanliness, conduct incident reporting, and enforce club rules
* Collaborate with the Kids Club Manager on planning, supplies, and feedback handling
Job Requirements
* Prior experience in a similar supervisory role in luxury hospitality or child recreation
* Background in child care, sports education, or recreation is highly preferred
* Proficiency in English; Russian or other European languages are a plus
* Skilled in MS Office tools and comfortable in multicultural environments
* Confident in managing children\'s safety, behavior, and engagement professionally
