Jumeirah Al Qasr is seeking an experienced Team Leader to manage daily operations of its luxury Kids Club. This exciting role in Dubai’s Madinat Jumeirah mega-resort offers the opportunity to shape enriching and fun experiences for young guests, while leading a dedicated childcare team in a prestigious 5-star setting.

Job Overview
As Team Leader of the Kids Club at Jumeirah Al Qasr, you will be responsible for coordinating age-appropriate activities, ensuring safety and hygiene standards, and supervising team members. The role includes guest registration, staff training, event coordination, and ensuring compliance with all club policies in a multicultural and child-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the Kids Club operations, ensuring smooth activity delivery and consistent supervision
* Oversee guest reception, registration, and security protocols
* Train and support club attendants in child engagement, safety, and service standards
* Organize themed events and support babysitting requests when required
* Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with internal policies and standards
* Handle incident reporting, parent feedback, and administrative tasks
Governance & Standards
* Enforce hygiene and safety regulations in line with Jumeirah standards
* Monitor adherence to club rules and appropriate child behavior protocols
* Maintain accurate records for health, safety, and incident documentation
Job Requirements
* Prior experience in a similar role within a 5-star hospitality environment
* Childcare and sports background preferred
* Proficient in English; additional language skills (especially Russian or European) are an advantage
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multicultural setting
