Team Leader – Luxury Hotel F&B Service
Job Overview
We are hiring a Team Leader for F&B Service at Jumeirah Al Qasr, one of Dubai’s most prestigious beachfront resorts within the iconic Madinat Jumeirah. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic service team and deliver exceptional dining experiences in a five-star setting.

Key Responsibilities
* Supervise day-to-day food and beverage operations to ensure service excellence and compliance with brand standards
* Conduct pre-shift briefings, assign tasks, and motivate team members for optimal performance
* Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues to management when needed
* Maintain service quality through regular floor checks, guest engagement, and checklist audits
* Provide detailed knowledge on food and beverage menus, pairing options, and service rituals
* Support training and development of junior staff to uphold luxury hospitality standards
Reporting & MIS
* Monitor daily service reports, feedback logs, and staff schedules
* Ensure all operational data and checklists are accurately maintained
Job Requirements
* Minimum 1-2 years of leadership experience in F&B at a 5-star hotel or premium standalone restaurant
* Fluency in English; knowledge of Russian or a European language is a plus
* Strong command of Opera Cloud, Micros, Sevenrooms, and Microsoft Office tools
* Confident in handling multicultural teams and guest relations under pressure
