Job Overview
As Team Leader, you will supervise day-to-day operations of the exclusive Palace Lounge, ensuring seamless coordination with other departments, maintaining the highest service standards, and resolving guest concerns with efficiency and care.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise all daily activities within the Palace Lounge and ensure smooth service flow
* Lead team briefings and ensure staff follow all updated procedures and protocols
* Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate service records
* Respond to guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism
* Maintain compliance with internal quality standards and health and safety procedures
* Promote teamwork and deliver exceptional guest experiences in line with Jumeirah standards
Job Requirements
* 1–2 years of experience in a similar supervisory role in a luxury 5-star hotel
* Prior experience in UAE hospitality is preferred but not essential
* Fluent in English; proficiency in Russian or another European language is an advantage
* Strong skills in Opera (Cloud) and Microsoft Office suite
* Confident in managing a multicultural team and handling guest service issues
* Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
