Job Overview
As a Team Leader in the Palace Lounge, you will manage day-to-day operations, ensure team coordination, and uphold Jumeirah’s service standards. You will also handle guest satisfaction, assist with administrative duties, and guide a multicultural team toward delivering five-star experiences to UAE-based and international clientele.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise the Palace Lounge\'s daily functions, ensuring smooth service across shifts
* Conduct pre-shift briefings and ensure team members are informed of updates and guest expectations
* Monitor team performance, conduct quality checks, and maintain service standards
* Address guest inquiries and concerns professionally and escalate complex issues when needed
* Maintain accurate records, prepare shift reports, and perform routine service audits
* Foster a guest-focused environment and lead by example with professionalism and hospitality excellence
Job Requirements
* 1–2 years of experience in a similar role at a luxury 5-star property
* UAE work experience preferred but not mandatory
* Fluency in English; Russian or another European language is an advantage
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Opera PMS (Cloud)
* Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural work environment
