This role is essential to ensuring the seamless operation and upkeep of all kitchen equipment across the hotel’s dining facilities. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various appliances while adhering to safety standards and operational guidelines.

Job Overview
As a Technician focused on kitchen maintenance, you will handle equipment troubleshooting, scheduled servicing, and emergency repairs. Your role is crucial in supporting food service operations and maintaining high guest satisfaction in a luxurious hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Inspect and identify kitchen equipment faults and carry out necessary repairs
* Perform preventive maintenance tasks based on assigned schedules
* Complete work orders and log emergency jobs accurately
* Collect required tools and parts from engineering stores and document their usage
* Keep organized maintenance records and escalate issues beyond your scope
* Maintain a safe, clean, and tidy workspace, complying with safety standards
Reporting & MIS
* Maintain maintenance logs and task completion reports
* Report any major faults or repair delays to supervisors
Governance & Standards
* Follow hotel and engineering safety guidelines
* Ensure hygiene and maintenance standards in all kitchen areas
Job Requirements
* 1-2 years of experience in kitchen equipment maintenance, preferably in a 5-star hotel
* Secondary education required; vocational or trade certifications preferred
* Strong technical knowledge of kitchen systems and safety protocols
* Basic computer skills and fluent English communication
* Ability to work independently and adapt in a multicultural environment
