Position Overview
Atlantis Resorts is seeking a Ticketing Agent in Dubai, UAE to manage admission and sales transactions while providing friendly and efficient service to waterpark guests. Reporting to the Ticketing Team Leader and Assistant Ticketing Manager, the role covers ticket sales, cashiering, wristband verification, locker assistance, guest entry control and frontline support within the ticketing plaza.

About the Role
As a Ticketing Agent, you will support guests purchasing waterpark admission and help ensure an efficient experience at the front gate and ticketing plaza.
Accuracy is essential when processing transactions, operating payment equipment and completing cash-out documentation.
The position also involves monitoring admissions, assisting with lockers, responding to guest situations and communicating closely with the Ticketing Team Leader.
Ticketing and Cashier Operations
* Welcome and assist guests in the ticketing plaza and at service counters.
* Provide friendly, efficient and informative assistance to guests purchasing waterpark tickets.
* Process admission and sales transactions accurately.
* Operate electronic cash registers and credit card machines.
* Follow established cash-handling and ticketing procedures.
* Complete cash-out reports accurately at the end of assigned duties.
* Communicate directly with the Ticketing Team Leader regarding operational matters.
Admissions and Guest Assistance
* Monitor guest entry and exit.
* Implement the No Wristband, No Entry policy and scan guest wristbands as required.
* Assist hotel guests using the beach access route to obtain wristbands without having to visit the ticketing plaza.
* Provide locker assistance to guests.
* Check lockers and clear remaining items at the end of the day.
* Escort VIP guests when required.
* Receive guest complaints and provide appropriate frontline assistance.
* Support Team Leaders with additional administrative and operational duties when requested.
Safety and Plaza Standards
Maintain a clean and orderly ticketing plaza throughout operations. Improper guest behavior should be reported to the Team Leader, while security concerns must be escalated to the Team Leader or Assistant Manager.
The role may also involve other reasonable responsibilities assigned by the Ticketing Team Leader or Assistant Ticketing Manager according to operational requirements.
About You
Previous cashiering experience is required, along with basic computer knowledge and fluency in English.
You should be comfortable interacting directly with guests, processing transactions accurately and supporting a busy admissions operation while following established ticketing and cash-handling procedures.
