We are looking for an experienced Transport and Valet Supervisor to join Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient valet and transportation operations while delivering exceptional guest service in line with luxury standards. What You’ll Do
* Supervise valet and transportation team, including scheduling, training, and performance management
* Oversee daily valet operations, ensuring efficient vehicle flow and proper parking procedures
* Maintain a professional door presence and provide courteous assistance to all guests
* Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction
* Implement and enforce safety protocols; conduct regular safety inspections
* Monitor and manage valet-related equipment and supplies
* Keep accurate operational records, including revenue, vehicle logs, and incident reports
* Coordinate with other hotel departments for seamless guest experiences, including VIP arrivals and special events
* Conduct quality inspections and implement service improvements as needed
* Monitor expenses and revenues, identifying ways to optimize costs and increase revenue
* Communicate effectively with security regarding unattended or suspicious vehicles
Ideal Profile
* 3-5 years of experience in a luxury hotel or premium valet/transportation service
* Proven leadership skills in managing valet and transportation staff
* Strong understanding of luxury service standards and guest protocols
* Familiarity with traffic management, parking systems, and safety compliance
* Valid UAE driving license with a clean record; experience handling luxury vehicles preferred
* Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
* Professional communication and interpersonal abilities
* Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and late hours
