Rixos Premium Dubai is looking for a talented Videographer and Photographer to conceptualize, shoot, edit, and deliver high-quality visual content that supports brand campaigns, social media, and marketing initiatives. This role blends creativity and technical expertise to capture compelling stories and moments that elevate the hotel’s brand presence.

What You’ll Do
• Capture professional-grade photo and video content that showcases Rixos Premium Dubai’s brand, services, and events.
• Manage the full production cycle, from planning and logistics to shooting and editing.
• Cover hotel events and activations with creative visual storytelling.
• Collaborate with different departments to create content for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Handle all aspects of post-production, including editing, color grading, and sound mixing using Adobe Suite.
• Maintain an organized library of photo and video assets for easy access and re-use.
• Keep up to date with trends and software advancements to deliver innovative content.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and quality standards.
Ideal Profile
• 2–3 years of experience in photography and videography.
• Background in film studies, mass communication, or related fields preferred.
• Proficient in DSLR and digital video cameras, audio/visual equipment, and editing tools.
• Skilled in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Knowledge of sound editing and color correction.
• Experience managing social media content and strategy.
• Strong creativity with excellent storytelling ability.
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and outside standard hours when required.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
