Key Responsibilities
* Manage VIP membership enrollment, welcome guests, and introduce lounge facilities and services
* Deliver personalized concierge services including dining reservations, transport arrangements, entertainment bookings, and lifestyle services
* Provide detailed information about mall services, retail outlets, and local attractions
* Maintain a premium lounge environment including service coordination, cleanliness, and ambience standards
* Conduct pre-arrival planning and coordinate personalized experiences based on guest preferences
* Handle lounge service bookings, venue setup, and payment coordination
* Assist VIP guests with personal shopping, style advice, and product recommendations
* Build strong relationships with tenants, service providers, and partners to ensure smooth service delivery
* Manage lounge-related campaigns and engagement initiatives in line with company standards
* Maintain confidentiality and accurate records of VIP guest profiles and preferences
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field
* Minimum 4 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in front desk or concierge roles
* Strong understanding of luxury service standards and VIP guest handling
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to deliver personalized and detail-oriented guest experiences
