Role Context
The VIP Services Agent represents the resort during important moments from arrival through departure. Based around the
Royal Majlis Lounge, the role combines reception, check-in, escort, concierge assistance, resort orientation, and personalized request management for high-profile and discerning international guests.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome VIP guests with confidence, warmth, and discretion.
* Anticipate individual preferences and personalize the guest experience.
* Complete VIP check-in procedures accurately and efficiently.
* Escort arriving guests to the lounge, accommodation, or relevant resort venue.
* Provide a clear orientation covering resort facilities, services, and experiences.
* Respond to concierge enquiries and recommend suitable dining, leisure, and entertainment options.
* Record, coordinate, and follow up on special guest requests.
* Liaise with Front Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, and other departments.
* Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the stay.
* Resolve routine concerns promptly and escalate sensitive matters appropriately.
* Maintain accurate knowledge of resort activities, operating hours, and promotions.
* Prepare the Royal Majlis Lounge for daily operations.
* Maintain the lounge\'s presentation, organization, and cleanliness.
* Protect guest privacy and handle personal information discreetly.
* Support smooth departure arrangements and farewell experiences.
* Maintain professional communication during busy operational periods.
* Build strong guest relationships without becoming intrusive.
* Follow resort service standards, operating procedures, and safety requirements.
Ideal Profile
* Previous experience in VIP services, guest relations, concierge, or a comparable hospitality role.
* Luxury hotel or resort experience is strongly preferred.
* Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Naturally attentive and able to anticipate guest requirements.
* Professional appearance and polished service manner.
* Discreet when assisting VIP and high-profile guests.
* Comfortable working with an international and culturally diverse clientele.
