The Waiter supports Imperial Services by combining detailed menu knowledge with polished, hands-on guest care. The position requires
close coordination with culinary and restaurant teams to ensure every item is presented correctly, service remains efficient, and concerns are addressed before they affect the overall dining experience.

* Welcome guests and provide courteous fine-dining service.

* Take orders carefully and communicate them to the kitchen and beverage teams.
* Serve food and drinks according to established luxury-service standards.
* Check the quality, accuracy, temperature, and presentation of items before service.
* Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
* Respond promptly to routine requests and service concerns.
* Escalate significant complaints or operational problems to management.
* Support colleagues during busy service periods.
* Coordinate table service to maintain appropriate timing between courses.
* Complete multiple guest-service tasks without compromising attention to detail.
* Maintain clean and properly prepared tables and service stations.
* Follow restaurant hygiene, safety, and food-handling requirements.
