* Handle guest concerns courteously and efficiently
* Maintain knowledge of ingredients, preparation methods, and allergen details
* Ensure compliance with local laws on age requirements for serving alcohol
Governance & Standards
* Follow Jumeirah’s service protocols and grooming standards
* Adhere to food hygiene and safety regulations
Job Requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress in a luxury hotel
* Basic Food and Hygiene Training
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* High customer service orientation and attention to detail
* Culturally aware and adaptable in a diverse team
