Job Overview
As a Waiter/Waitress in our pool and beach operations, you will ensure exceptional guest service in a high-paced, outdoor luxury setting. You will represent the Jumeirah brand by providing attentive, timely, and courteous dining experiences at one of Dubai’s most iconic resorts.
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome guests warmly, escort them to seating, and assist with menu explanations
* Accurately take and input orders into the POS system, coordinating with kitchen and bar teams
* Serve food and beverages using proper etiquette and established standards
* Prepare and maintain tables, ensuring cleanliness and organized presentation
* Handle guest feedback and service recovery professionally
* Follow hygiene, safety, and Jumeirah service protocols at all times
* Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness of the poolside dining area
Job Requirements
* 1–2 years of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in luxury hospitality or a fine dining restaurant
* Fluent in English; additional languages such as Russian or European are advantageous
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, Micros, and Sevenrooms systems
* Energetic, customer-focused, and able to multitask in outdoor and high-volume conditions
* Positive attitude and experience working in diverse, multicultural teams
