As a Waiter / Waitress, you will play a vital role in creating memorable moments for our guests through professional service, attention to detail, and warm hospitality in our vibrant dining venues.
Key Responsibilities
* Greet and seat guests with a welcoming and courteous demeanor
* Accurately take and communicate food and beverage orders to kitchen and bar staff
* Serve meals and drinks efficiently, maintaining high presentation and hygiene standards
* Proactively anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns promptly
* Upsell menu specials and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue
* Prepare the dining area before service and reset tables quickly after guest departure
* Process guest payments accurately and manage cash/credit card transactions
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas
* Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines in all service operations
* Support team members during peak hours and collaborate to ensure seamless service
* Attend training sessions to stay informed on menu updates, safety standards, and service protocols
Required Skills and Experience
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Previous experience in F&B service, hotel, or restaurant environment preferred
* Excellent communication skills and positive interpersonal approach
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
* Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a professional appearance
* Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
* Enthusiastic and customer-centric mindset with a team-player attitude
