What Are the Key Responsibilities?

- Collaborate with the TR team to support compensation-related activities across Al-Futtaim
- Assist in reviewing and updating Total Rewards policies by working with country-specific HR teams
- Conduct research to track market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive pay practices
- Provide administrative support for accurate compensation processing and audit readiness
- Maintain high data accuracy and confidentiality standards
- Learn how compensation and benefits strategy aligns with business performance
- Stay updated on evolving HR and reward trends and proactively propose improvements

What Skills Are Needed for This HR Role in Dubai?

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline

Experience and Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential; knowledge of HRIS is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated integrity in handling confidential information
