Role Context

The Government Services Analyst is responsible for maintaining uninterrupted employee legal work status by handling labor documentation, visa renewals, and government coordination processes. This position directly supports HR operations, compliance, and employee onboarding continuity while reducing the risk of fines, delays, or legal issues related to work permits and residency documentation.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage visa renewals and work permit processing for employees across Al-Futtaim business units
* Collect, verify, and organize employee documents required for labor card renewals and government submissions
* Create service requests for work permit renewals and ensure draft contracts are submitted to the labor team on time
* Coordinate weekly and urgent medical appointments required for visa and labor processing
* Process designation changes, salary amendments, and updates on labor contracts with accuracy
* Follow up on corrections related to employee names, surnames, nationality updates, and labor card amendments
* Handle work permit renewals for employees under Husband or Father sponsorship arrangements
* Collect renewal documents from internal mailrooms and distribute them to the relevant case owners for action
* Maintain accurate records and ensure full compliance with UAE labor and immigration requirements

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor’s degree in public administration, human resources, business administration, or a related field
* Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in government relations, visa processing, or administrative services
* Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa regulations, and work permit procedures
* Ability to manage high-volume documentation with strong accuracy and confidentiality
* Strong interpersonal skills for coordination with employees, internal teams, and government departments
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced corporate environment with multiple deadlines
