Role Context
The HR Analyst - Employee Onboarding plays an important role in ensuring new employees experience a seamless transition into the organization. This position supports all onboarding activities from pre-joining communication to government formalities, induction planning, and policy compliance. The role helps maintain operational efficiency, service excellence, and employee satisfaction across multiple business units and regional offices.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide operational support for all onboarding activities related to new employee joining processes
* Manage onboarding queries and communicate clearly with new joiners regarding required documentation and joining timelines
* Process documents related to government formalities, visas, labor requirements, and onboarding compliance
* Coordinate joining arrangements including hotel bookings, e-tickets, induction schedules, and corporate orientation programs
* Work closely with HR business partners, line managers, and regional stakeholders across MENA countries
* Provide guidance on company policies and UAE labor law requirements during the onboarding journey
* Ensure onboarding cases are managed within service level agreements and turnaround times
* Maintain accurate employee data in SAP and perform regular quality checks to ensure confidentiality and compliance
* Gather feedback from employees and stakeholders to improve onboarding experience and service delivery
* Monitor work-in-progress reports, track case closures, and escalate operational issues where needed
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, teamwork, and internal knowledge sharing
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field
* CIPD or similar professional HR qualification is an added advantage
* Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or onboarding specialist in UAE or GCC
* Strong understanding of UAE labor law and HR operational compliance
* Experience using SAP HR Module or similar ERP systems
* Familiarity with help desk tools such as Salesforce is preferred
* Excellent multitasking ability with strong attention to detail in fast-paced work environments
* Strong communication, decision-making, and customer service orientation
