Role Context

The HR Analyst serves as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and HR support services across multiple communication channels including live chat, self-service portals, calls, emails, and walk-ins. This role ensures smooth employee experiences, accurate HR case management, compliance with company policies, and timely issue resolution while supporting the wider HR Shared Services function.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage employee inquiries across self-service portals, live chat, calls, emails, and in-person requests
* Deliver professional and accurate HR support while maintaining company service standards and brand values
* Resolve HR-related requests ranging from basic inquiries to more complex transactional support
* Escalate unresolved cases using internal support systems and ensure proper follow-up until closure
* Communicate resolutions clearly and conduct courtesy follow-up calls where required
* Monitor work-in-progress cases to ensure service level agreements are consistently achieved
* Maintain high standards of confidentiality and protect sensitive employee information in line with office security policies
* Ensure data accuracy using right-first-time practices and maintain strong documentation standards
* Contribute to the HR knowledge base by updating FAQs, solutions, and support documentation
* Support team collaboration, knowledge sharing, coaching, and continuous service improvement initiatives
* Build strong working relationships across HR teams to improve workflow efficiency and employee satisfaction

Ideal Profile

* Emirati candidate eligible under Emiratisation hiring initiatives
* High school diploma or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
* Previous exposure to HR support, administration, or shared services environments is preferred
* Basic understanding of labor law compliance and HR operational procedures
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic
* Good multitasking ability and strong attention to detail in fast-paced environments
* Microsoft Office proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors knowledge considered an advantage
* Professional attitude with strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
