Job Overview
The HR Analyst is the first point of contact for employee HR queries and is responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and customer-focused support. The role involves maintaining employee data integrity, resolving cases efficiently, providing training support, and promoting best practices in digital HR service delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with People Services teams and help build a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Key Responsibilities

* Serve as the primary contact for HR-related employee inquiries through various channels
* Ensure consistency and professionalism in all digital HR communications
* Manage and resolve employee life cycle transactions and service requests
* Monitor open cases, ensuring resolution within agreed SLAs
* Support knowledge sharing, maintain FAQs, and contribute to process documentation
* Conduct follow-up calls, verify data, and collect additional information as needed
* Ensure strict adherence to data protection and confidentiality standards
* Identify process improvement opportunities and support new ways of working
* Collaborate with peers and other HR functions to ensure smooth service delivery
* Uphold Al-Futtaim values and contribute to a high-performance shared service culture

Job Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field
* 2–3 years of experience in HR Generalist or Help Desk roles
* 1–2 years of working knowledge in SAP HCM (PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll)
* Familiarity with case management tools and HR self-service platforms
* Strong MS Office proficiency and data management accuracy
* Excellent customer service, communication, and analytical skills
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality
