Role Context
The HR Associate Partner acts as the first point of contact for employees on daily HR matters and supports the full employee lifecycle within fulfillment operations. The role ensures strong HR service delivery by managing records, resolving employee concerns, supporting engagement activities, and maintaining compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the main HR contact for employee questions related to attendance, leave, payroll, benefits, and workplace policies
* Manage onboarding, documentation, employee records, and HR transaction processing
* Support attendance monitoring, leave management, and employee lifecycle activities
* Maintain accurate HR records while ensuring confidentiality and compliance standards
* Analyze HR metrics, reports, and trends to support operational decisions and continuous improvement
* Work closely with operations teams to support workforce planning and daily HR activities
* Coordinate employee engagement programs, HR events, and internal communication activities
* Support training sessions, employee meetings, and workplace initiatives
* Assist with basic HR investigations and employee issue resolution
* Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements for HR efficiency
Ideal Profile
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* Minimum 1 year of experience in HR operations, employee services, or administrative HR support preferred
* Ability to work flexible shifts aligned with fulfillment center operations, including weekends and holidays when required
* Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting, metrics tracking, and data interpretation
* Good problem-solving ability with root cause analysis skills
* Strong English communication skills in writing and speaking
* Experience using Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel capability preferred
* Comfortable learning new HR systems, platforms, and automation tools
* Professional approach to handling confidential employee information
