HR Data & Analytics Intern - Power BI & Workforce Reporting
DP World is offering an exciting internship opportunity in Dubai for motivated individuals interested in HR data, analytics, and reporting. This internship supports strategic workforce planning by maintaining Power BI dashboards, validating HR data, and improving automation processes across global entities.

Estimated Market Salary: AED 5,000 – AED 7,000 per month (internship allowance)

Key Responsibilities
* Validate historical HR data in Power BI dashboards to ensure accuracy
* Maintain and update dashboards for Turnover, Retention, Hiring Trends, and Annual Reporting
* Support annual HR data reporting with collection, review, and analysis
* Finalize and maintain models for Job Function, Job Level, and Office/Field categorization
* Assist in automating data quality checks and notification emails
* Develop standardized templates for data uploads across all business units
* Coordinate with local and regional teams on data corrections and logic mapping
* Respond to ad-hoc HR data and analytics requests
Job Requirements
Education:
* Bachelor’s degree or final-year student in Business, Human Resources, Data Analytics, or Computer Science
Skills and Experience:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
* Knowledge of Power BI preferred
* Familiarity with ERP systems like Oracle or SAP is an asset
* Highly organized, detail-focused, and data-driven
* Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
* Self-starter with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving
