Role Summary
HR Manager – Performance, C&B and Employee Engagement at Azizi Developments in Dubai is responsible for driving performance management, employee engagement, and compensation strategies to align individual goals with organizational objectives. This role ensures accurate record-keeping, compliance with labor laws, and fosters a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement across the company’s corporate teams.

Guide managers and employees on effective goal-setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
Develop and track KPIs to measure team and individual contributions.
Manage employee records, HRIS systems, contracts, and disciplinary records in compliance with UAE laws.
Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and legal compliance in employee record-keeping.
Generate reports on performance trends, training needs, and talent development.
Recommend strategies to leadership based on data-driven insights.
Develop and implement HR policies related to performance management and record keeping.
Collaborate with Learning & Development to design training addressing skills gaps.
Promote recognition programs, team-building, wellness, and engagement initiatives.
Conduct surveys to measure employee sentiment and develop retention strategies.
Design and manage rewards and recognition systems to reinforce positive performance.

Candidate Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
10+ years of HR experience with specialization in performance management, employee engagement, or C&B in UAE-based organizations.
Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, labor regulations, and record management policies.
Proven track record in developing and implementing performance frameworks and engagement strategies.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate with senior leadership and drive HR initiatives across diverse teams.
