Job Overview:
Al-Futtaim Group is seeking an experienced HR Operations Coordinator to provide operational support for all new hire processes, including onboarding queries, documentation for government formalities, and coordinating joining formalities such as hotel bookings, e-tickets, and corporate induction. This role will collaborate with Line Managers, HR Business Partners, and stakeholders across MENA countries, ensuring smooth onboarding and policy compliance. The ideal candidate will bring strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and experience with SAP HR Module or similar ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve onboarding cases efficiently, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA) and quick turnaround times.
- Provide customer-focused support, maintaining effective communication with new joiners, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Ensure data integrity by maintaining confidentiality and performing accurate SAP entries and quality checks.
- Promote service excellence by initiating continuous improvement, sharing knowledge, and collaborating within the HR team.
- Maintain operational excellence by managing work progress, timely escalations, case closures, and updating trackers.
- Provide advice on company policies, procedures, and labor law compliance across MENA countries.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities with attention to detail and good decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language is a plus).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Multi-tasking experience in a fast-paced environment with speed and accuracy in a detailed work environment.
- Experience with SAP HR Module or similar ERP systems.
- Knowledge of UAE labor law and compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Management, or Technology.
- CIPD or similar HR qualification is a plus.
- 2-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist in the UAE or GCC region.
- Experience in a Shared Services environment and familiarity with common help desk tools (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage.
