Human Resource Information System Specialist
JASARA PMC is seeking a skilled HRIS Specialist to oversee and enhance our Human Resource Information System (HRIS) in Riyadh. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficiency and sustainability of HR programs through data management, system optimization, and analytics. The ideal candidate will play a key role in leveraging technology to improve HR processes and streamline operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to design, configure, and enhance HR system functionalities.
- Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Generate reports and provide analytics to support workforce planning and strategic decision-making.
- Conduct training sessions for HR staff and employees on HRIS usage and best practices.
- Document system processes and ensure seamless user experience for HRIS users.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements and recommend innovative solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide ongoing support to HRIS users.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience managing HRIS or similar systems.
- Proficiency in HR software applications, with preference for SAP SuccessFactors or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in data management and reporting.
- Ability to interpret data insights to improve HR strategies and decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate across teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to system enhancements.
- Knowledge of HR compliance regulations and labor laws.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is an advantage.
