Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Business Partner to support the HR function at ACE Hardware. This role is ideal for a UAE National with a strong understanding of HR practices and a passion for employee engagement, talent management, and organisational development. The selected candidate will work closely with senior HR professionals and business leaders to drive HR initiatives aligned with corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing HR strategies that align with business goals and contribute to organisational success.
- Support the onboarding and induction process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
- Handle employee relations matters, addressing concerns while ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE labor laws.
- Participate in talent acquisition efforts, supporting recruitment processes for various roles within the organisation.
- Provide administrative support in HR operations, including performance management, benefits administration, and HR reporting.
- Support the execution of Emiratisation initiatives, ensuring alignment with government regulations and company targets.
- Assist in workforce planning, employee engagement programs, and retention strategies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a business partnering role.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
