Position Overview
Al-Futtaim Group is seeking a Junior HR Business Partner to support strategic human resource initiatives across its business divisions. The role focuses on aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a performance-driven culture, and ensuring compliance with Group HR policies. The successful candidate will support senior management in organizational development, employee engagement, and workforce optimization, while contributing to talent development and succession planning.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies and annual plans aligned with business goals.
* Support senior management in organizational design, talent planning, and performance improvement.
* Facilitate employee induction, learning programs, and career development initiatives.
* Develop succession and retention strategies for critical positions.
* Collaborate with the Group Training Department to design and deliver employee training programs.
* Handle employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
* Advise managers on disciplinary procedures, engagement programs, and diversity initiatives.
* Monitor manpower budgets, employee costs, and workforce optimization projects.

* Ensure Emiratization and localization objectives are achieved as per company policies.

Ideal Profile

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or Business Administration.
* CIPD or equivalent professional HR certification preferred.
* Minimum 3 years of HR generalist experience within a corporate or large organization.
* Proficient in organizational development, change management, and employee engagement practices.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong understanding of HR policies, UAE labor regulations, and workforce planning.
* High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
